Our history
Trusted with Irish business documents since 1988
Cyclone has been trusted with the documents Irish companies depend on since 1988. The group carries them, stores them, scans them and destroys them under certification, and Cyclone Archive is the part that keeps them.
The archive runs as its own operation from a Dublin warehouse, with its own team, its own shelves and its own barcodes, drawing on the group's fleet for collections and returns. That is why a single account covers collection, storage, retrieval, scanning and certified destruction, under the same certifications.

We work to your filing
Barcode labels are printed and posted to you, your own boxes are accepted where they are sound enough for the shelf, and cataloguing records each folder name exactly as it is written.
Every movement is evidenced
Every box has its own barcode before it is collected, every movement is recorded, and every destruction produces a certificate, so you can show an auditor where a file has been and when.
