Document storage for construction and engineering
Project files kept for the life of the building.
Site records, contracts, variations, certificates and safety files: collected when a job closes, stored project by project on certified shelves in Dublin, and pulled back a file at a time when someone asks a question about a building you finished years ago.
- A project stored as one identifiable set
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EN 15713 certified
- One file back, years after handover
Next day collection
What a project leaves
The file you need is the one from 2014
A job finishes, the site office comes down and the paperwork goes into whatever space the office has: contracts and variations, site records, test certificates, safety files, sign-offs and the correspondence that explains why a detail was changed. It stays on the shelf until a question comes up about a building handed over years ago, and then that file is the evidence you need.
Cyclone Archive takes each project as it closes: collected the next working day, barcoded, and kept together as one set of boxes on the shelf. When the question comes, you ask for that one file and it is with you the next working day.
The process
How it works when a project closes
Tell us how many boxes and we collect the project as one set.
Tell us how many boxes
Type the number or say it over the phone. Boxes go out flat packed ahead of the date if a site office or a store needs packing down first.
Collected and kept as a project
Call before 12 and we collect the next working day, Monday to Friday. Every box has its own barcode, so a project stays identifiable as a project for as long as you hold it.
One file back, whenever it is asked for
Ask for a single file and it is pulled, barcoded out and with you the next working day, then re-filed into the box it came from when you send it back.
Services
One account for every project you have closed
Storage, retrieval, scanning, cataloguing and confidential destruction, bought with one call.
Document Storage
Each project collected, barcoded and stored on certified shelves, with any box or file returned the next working day and the office floor back for the jobs you are running now.
Start with storage and add retrieval, scanning, cataloguing or confidential destruction whenever a project needs them.

Cataloguing & Indexing
Every folder inside every box listed against its barcode, so you can find a box by project, phase or subcontractor without opening a lid.
Explore cataloguing →Scanning & Digitisation
Paperwork from A3 down to A6 turned into searchable pages a whole team can read at once, for the records a claim or a dispute puts in demand.
Explore scanning →Confidential Shredding
When a project has cleared the period you keep it for, you say so and those boxes are shredded, with a certificate of destruction for your own file.
Explore shredding →Archive Boxes
Double-walled boxes delivered flat packed across Ireland, so a site office can be packed down before the collection date.

What a practice needs to be sure of
Facility security
Your boxes are held in a security-controlled Dublin warehouse protected by intruder and fire alarms and CCTV, under swipe-card access.
Confidentiality
Security-screened staff, EN 15713 certification from first collection to final shredding, and files returned in secure bags.
Traceability
Barcode tracking follows every box from your office to its exact shelf position, with a movement history for every box and every file that leaves one.
Findable years later
A barcode stays with its box for life, through a rebox and back again, so a project handed over a decade ago is still found by the same reference.
Waste facility and collection permits NWCPO-08-01122 and WFG-FG-15-0006.
