Next day collection
What a practice holds
The files a matter leaves behind
Closed matters still have to be kept. Case files, conveyancing files, contracts and correspondence have retention that runs for years after the last invoice, and the boxes end up in the back office, the basement, or the room a fee earner should be sitting in.
Cyclone Archive takes them: collected the next working day, barcoded, and stored on certified shelves in Dublin. When a file is needed for a query, a complaint or an audit, you ask for that one file and it comes back the next working day.
The process
How it works for a legal practice
Tell us how many boxes and we arrange the collection around your office hours.
Tell us how many boxes
Type the number or say it over the phone. If the files are still in lever arch folders, say so, and we will bring the boxes that suit them.
Collected the next working day
Call before 12 and we collect the next working day, Monday to Friday. Every box has its own barcode, traceable from your office to the shelf.
Any single file back the next working day
Ask for a single file by name and it is pulled, barcoded out and with you the next working day, then re-filed into the box it came from when you send it back.

Document Storage

Scanning & Digitisation
The file turned into searchable digital pages the whole practice can read at once, from anywhere, for the matters several fee earners open in the same week.
Explore scanning →Cataloguing & Indexing
Every folder inside every box listed against its barcode, so you can find a matter's box by name without opening a lid.
Explore cataloguing →Confidential Shredding
When retention runs out on a matter, you say the word and the files are shredded confidentially, with a certificate of destruction as proof.
Explore shredding →Archive Boxes
Double-walled boxes built for years on a shelf, with the A4 sub-archive box sized to take a lever arch folder's contents.

What a practice needs to be sure of
Facility security
Client files are held in a security-controlled Dublin warehouse protected by intruder and fire alarms and CCTV, under swipe-card access.
Confidentiality
Security-screened staff, EN 15713 certification from first collection to final shredding, and files returned in secure bags.
Traceability
Barcode tracking follows every box from your office to its exact shelf position, with a movement history for every box and every file that leaves one.
Files back to deadline
Next working day is the operating standard for collections, retrievals and deliveries, so a file wanted for Thursday is asked for on Wednesday.
Waste facility and collection permits NWCPO-08-01122 and WFG-FG-15-0006.
