Custody of a company that no longer trades

The company stops trading, and the documents remain. Ledgers, payroll, contracts, statutory books and the correspondence behind every creditor question transfer into your custody, often in a building that has to be handed back to a landlord.

Cyclone Archive clears it and stores it: collected at short notice, barcoded, and stored on certified shelves in Dublin on an account in your name. Nothing moves, comes back or is destroyed without your instruction, and when the period has run those boxes are shredded and you get the certificate that lets you close the file.

How it works on an appointment

From the premises to the certificate, on one account in your name.

STEP 01

Tell us the premises

Send a number or a photo of what is there. Larger clearances are scoped and planned in advance, with the capacity allocated to the date the building has to be given back.

STEP 02

Cleared, barcoded and shelved

Every box is barcoded and shelved in Dublin. Cataloguing can be done on your behalf, so what comes back to you is an index.

STEP 03

Destroyed on your word, with the certificate

When you say the period has run, those boxes are pulled and shredded confidentially, and a certificate recording the date, method and quantity is issued for your file.

Everything an appointment needs, on one account

Clearance, storage, cataloguing, retrieval and certified destruction, bought with one call.

Certified Destruction

The end of the engagement, documented. When you say the period has run, the boxes are pulled and shredded confidentially, on site under CCTV or at a licensed facility, and the certificate records the date, the method and the quantity destroyed.

Nothing is destroyed until you have confirmed the list, and the confirmed list is the only thing the work follows.
