Document storage for film and production
Production files kept safe long after the wrap.
Contracts, releases, clearances, call sheets and budgets: collected when the production office closes, stored on secure certified shelves in Dublin, and pulled back a file at a time when a rights question comes up two productions later.
- Confidential handling of unreleased material
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EN 15713 certified
- A production stored as one identifiable set

What a production leaves
Clearances outlive the shoot
A production office is temporary by design. It opens for a job, fills with contracts, releases, clearances, cue sheets, call sheets and budgets, and closes at the wrap. The paperwork has to survive it, because a distribution question, a rights query or a residual can come years later and the answer is in a box somebody put in a car boot.
Cyclone Archive takes the office as it closes: collected the next working day, barcoded, and kept together as one set of boxes on the shelf. When the question comes, you ask for that one file and it is with you the next working day.
The process
How it works at wrap
Tell us how many boxes and we plan the collection around the date the office closes.
Tell us how many boxes
Type the number or say it over the phone. Boxes go out flat packed ahead of the date, so the office can be packed down while the last of the crew is still there.
Collected and kept as a production
Call before 12 and we collect the next working day, Monday to Friday. Every box has its own barcode, so a production stays identifiable for as long as you hold it.
One file back, between projects
Ask for a single release, contract or clearance and it is pulled, barcoded out and with you the next working day, then re-filed into the box it came from when you send it back.
Services
One account across every production
Storage, retrieval, scanning, cataloguing and confidential destruction, bought with one call.
Document Storage
Each production collected, barcoded and stored on certified shelves, with any box or file returned the next working day, so nothing needs a corner of the next office to live in.
Start with storage and add retrieval, scanning, cataloguing or confidential destruction whenever a production needs them.

Cataloguing & Indexing
Every folder inside every box listed against its barcode, so you can find a box by title, department or contract without opening a lid.
Explore cataloguing →Scanning & Digitisation
Releases and clearances turned into searchable pages a distributor, a lawyer or a producer can read from anywhere, for the paperwork that travels with a title.
Explore scanning →Confidential Shredding
Scripts, schedules and cast paperwork destroyed confidentially when you say they are finished with, and a certificate of destruction issued as proof.
Explore shredding →Archive Boxes
Double-walled boxes delivered flat packed across Ireland, so a production office can pack down in the last week rather than the last day.

What a practice needs to be sure of
Facility security
Your boxes are held in a security-controlled Dublin warehouse protected by intruder and fire alarms and CCTV, under swipe-card access.
Confidentiality
Security-screened staff, EN 15713 certification from first collection to final shredding, and files returned in secure bags.
Traceability
Barcode tracking follows every box from your office to its exact shelf position, with a movement history for every box and every file that leaves one.
Findable two productions later
A barcode stays with its box for life, through a rebox and back again, so a title you delivered years ago is still found by the same reference.
Waste facility and collection permits NWCPO-08-01122 and WFG-FG-15-0006.
