Call before 12 and we collect the next working day, Monday to Friday, once the documents are in suitable archive boxes. If you need boxes first, they go out the next working day and collection follows once you have packed them.

Yes, where they are sound enough to sit on a shelf for years. Send a photo with your enquiry and we will confirm before we collect. Boxes that need it are reboxed into our own double-walled archive boxes, built for years on a shelf, at a charge.

In a security-controlled warehouse in Dublin, under swipe-card access with intruder and fire alarms and CCTV, and a dedicated facility manager. Every box has its own barcode and a numbered shelf position.

Yes. We collect files and archive boxes from businesses across Dublin, barcode every box and store it at our secure facility in Finglas, Dublin 11. Any single file comes back to your desk the next working day, or we scan it and send it to you.

Every box has its own barcode. Our tracking system follows each box from collection through to its exact shelf position, and records every movement in and out, which gives you a complete audit trail.

Yes. The file is barcoded on the way out and travels in a secure bag, so it stays confidential in transit. When you send it back, it is re-filed into the box it came from. Retrievals arrive the next working day as standard.

Next working day is the standard for retrievals, and same-day delivery is also available on request.

Every box has its own barcode for life, and every movement is logged: collection, intake, shelf position, each retrieval out and each return in. A file pulled from a box is barcoded on the way out and re-filed on the way back.

Retention periods vary by industry and by document type, so your own auditors or advisors should set it. We store your documents for as long as you need and destroy them with a certificate when you tell us the time is up.

Searchable PDF as standard. PDF/A, TIFF and JPEG are available on request, and your files come to you over secure file transfer.

No. Documents are prepared here before they reach the scanner, so staples, clips and bindings are handled on our side. Send the files exactly as they sit in the cabinet.

They come back to you, go into storage, or are destroyed confidentially with a certificate of destruction. You tell us which, and nothing is destroyed until you say so.

Start with the records people open often, where several people need the same file, or where somebody needs it while working away from the office. Boxes that sit in storage can be scanned later, one box at a time, whenever that changes.

Yes, scanning is bought on its own, with the originals returned once it is finished. It also runs on the same account as storage, cataloguing and document shredding when that suits you better.

The name written on the outside of every folder in the box, captured exactly as it is written and listed against that box's barcode. What is inside a folder stays closed.

Yes. A box holding one year of one thing can be a single line, which is often all that is needed. Folder level captures every folder name inside the box. You choose the depth when the work is scoped.

You do. It comes back to you for your own records and your own searches, and we hold the same information here against the box barcodes.

No. We print and post the barcode labels, one goes on each box, and the inventory of what is inside can stay with you. Cataloguing is there when you want to hand that job over.

You do. Nothing is destroyed until you have confirmed the list, and that confirmed list is the only thing we work from.

Yes. A certificate of destruction is issued on completion, recording the date, the method and the quantity destroyed. It goes straight into your compliance file as the evidence an auditor asks for.

Yes. Destruction can be carried out at your own premises in a mobile shredding unit, monitored by CCTV, with your team watching it from start to finish. Where access or volume makes that impractical, the material is collected in sealed sacks and destroyed at a licensed facility.

It goes to recycling partners and comes back as new paper-based products. Nothing goes to landfill, and the work runs under both a waste collection permit and a waste facility permit.

Yes. Hard drives and media, branded product, uniforms and prototypes are destroyed under the same certification, with a certificate issued on completion in the same way.

41 cm long, 32 cm wide and 26.5 cm high. It holds 4 A4 sub-archive boxes, and it is the size we store and price by.

An A4 filing box, 26 × 7 × 35.5 cm, that replaces the lever arch folder. It is pure recyclable cardboard, so at the end of retention the whole thing goes to the shredder. Four fit inside a standard box and 6 fit inside a large one.

A lever arch folder costs around €5, and the metal mechanism means it ends in landfill. The sub-archive box fits the same paperwork, shelves squarely, and is recycled whole.

They come flat packed and fold together by hand, with no tape and no tools. That means you can store them flat until the day you need them.

The standard archive box is €3.95 plus VAT, the A4 sub-archive box is €1.35 plus VAT, and the large box package with 6 sub-archive boxes inside is €11.95 plus VAT. A delivery charge is added to every order and confirmed with your quantity.

Alarm reports are reviewed daily, fire alarm systems are inspected quarterly, extinguishers are inspected and fire drills held every year, and pest control runs quarterly across the warehouses and offices.

Files are handled by security-screened staff under barcode control from your office to the shelf, held in a security-controlled warehouse with intruder alarms and CCTV, and returned in secure bags. When a box is catalogued, only the name on the outside of each folder is captured, and the contents stay closed.
