Cataloguing that tells you what is in every box.
Every folder inside every box listed in an index against its barcode, so the box you need is the one you ask for, and the finished index is yours to keep.
The job that slips
Boxes in storage with no list of what is in them
Boxes get filled during a move or a clear-out, they go into storage, and the list of what went into them never quite gets written. Then somebody needs the 2019 contracts, and the search starts at box one.
Cataloguing hands that job to us. Your boxes are worked through one at a time, and what comes back is an index that says what each one holds.

How it works
From a stack of boxes to a working index
Tell us how many boxes
Say how many boxes there are and roughly what is in them. The work is scoped and quoted before anything starts.
Collected the next working day
Call before 12 and we collect the next working day, Monday to Friday. Boxes already on our shelves are catalogued where they are.
Catalogued to the depth you need
Folder level captures the name written on the outside of every folder in the box. Box level records the box as one line, which is enough when a box holds one year of one thing. What is inside a folder is never opened.
Indexed against the barcode
Every entry is recorded against the barcode of the box holding it, and that barcode stays with the box for life, through a rebox and back again.
The index comes back to you
You get the finished index for your own records and your own searches, and the boxes stay on the shelf ready to be called on by barcode.
